I’ve been a practicing massage therapist for over three years. In that time, I’ve created my own unique style and learned to tailor my work to meet each client’s specific healing goals.
My massage work aims to calm the nervous system, create an overall sense of ease and deep relaxation, and target areas of dysfunction within the body. I utilize a multitude of techniques, including deep tissue work, pin and stretch, joint mobilization, and gentle rocking to assist in releasing muscle tension and reset the stress response within the mind and body. I believe everyone has the ability to self-heal in their own way and I see what I do as an important step in the journey toward that goal.
When I’m not working, you can find me practicing yoga, cooking delicious vegetarian meals, hiking, and hanging out with my dog, Gus!
